:bulletblue:Why did you change from wanting to be a manga artist to an animator?
Back in secondary school I didn't actually know what manga and anime were until someone I knew introduced me to the Naruto series, after that I found out shows like Pokemon, Digimon and Beyblade were all from the same family and it just inspired me further to continue drawing loads of images. Eventually I told my art teacher at the time, I wanted to become a manga artist and shown her my awful drawings which she then told me to draw backgrounds with them because I only drew characters. So I did and again I shown her a lot of work that was eventually improving and she asked me the question of would I be interested in studying animation? I said I wouldn't mind and downloaded a cheap version of Serif and started practising- after that I got hooked and since then it's been my no.1 dream job c:

:bulletblue:Was it true you hated art?
Yes, you couldn't get me near a pencil and a piece of paper without having a 'hissy' fit. I think what put me off art is I remember watching Thomas Tank Engine at a really young age and tried drawing Thomas on a napkin using a crayon which obviously didn't turn out smashing- but I think at a young age, you kind of expect it to and don't really understand that in order to be better at something practice is the key. So yeah it just put me off the whole subject :icondragonxpplz:

:bulletblue:How did you get back into drawing, if you hated art?
Good question- I can't actually remember that one ;m; I think when I turned 10? I was heavily into Sonic X and a supporter of the WDCS, which I remember I kept drawing a load of dolphins and tried drawing images of Sonic. I also remember one of our school topics were based on China and we had an exercise to draw dragons (by then I had Dragonolgy books and continuously read them XD), the first dragon I drew was really crap and it seriously annoyed me so I went home and drew one of the Chinese Lungs from the Dragonology Book which turned out pretty ok and I just carried on getting into art after that.

:bulletblue:How did you get to where you are now?
Practice really, don't just stick to one art subject and forget other things that are out there whether it's a drawing style or working in different mediums. I'm not an expert as I'm still learning but I remember at school our first year in art class was mark making using Vincent Van Gogh's style, to the second year having a huge thing about Pop Art and I seriously hated both because to me they just seemed boring. Looking back though it's amazing to see what I've learnt and kept in my art just from learning about those two subjects and that's just the beginning!

:bulletblue:What's your advice on people wanting to become artists?
To be honest I'm not quite sure how to advise you. I think if you're dead set on becoming something in the creative industry whether it's to do with fine art to something like a level designer, don't give up at the first hurdle or when someone calls your art crap. The artist road is full of ups and downs that can either make or break you and it's your choice whether you want this life bad enough. Many people have told me if you want something bad enough you'll get it and with a lot of hard work nothing in impossible, I started late as an artist because I hated the subject to begin with and sometimes the people I was around used to call what I done crap, took the mick out of it and at one point ripped up my artwork that I was proud of. That just added fuel to the fire and made me want to get better each time I thought of something new.

Practice is the key, Rome wasn't built in a day- it probably wasn't all built the same way either. If you find your good at one thing, for example drawing wolves don't be afraid to move onto drawing something else or even try colouring the image. One of my targets at school was to apply colour to my drawings and not get afraid of mixing them either as I hated colouring ¬.¬  But again the more I tried different ways to apply the colour whether it was with pencils, inks or even gouache paint I seemed to get a better understanding of what mixed together and looked pretty decent which will eventually lead down to where you begin to think of lights and shadows.

:bulletblue:Do you do art trades?
Yip I've done quite a few in the past, however I won't accept an art trade if I feel you won't really bother to complete your end of the deal. Please refer to my status to see if they're open at the moment.

:bulletblue:Do you do collabs?
Yes although I haven't done many. Please refer to my status to see if they're open at the moment.

:bulletblue:Do you take commissions?
Yes I do c: please refer to my status to see if they're open and check out my commission price list.

:bulletblue:Why you no do kiribans?
Sorry it's not something I really partake in myself and therefore won't do it either.

:bulletblue:Do you do requests/gifts?
Not really, if I ever do something like this it is for best friends only as my time is very limited without sounding too snobby sorry ^^;

:bulletblue:When did you start cosplaying?
I started in 2008 with my first being Itachi Uchiha from Naruto; I didn't actually start attending conventions until 2012.

:bulletblue:Why do you cosplay male characters more than female characters?
If I had a penny for every time I got asked this I would be rich XD Ok well first off I'm a yaoi fangirl to begin with so I tend to lean more towards the male characters any ways, but from most of the animes I've watched the female characters seemingly annoy me because they're useless or they actually do something for a couple of eps and then seemingly fade away afterwards. If a character inspires me then they're the ones who I will cosplay as regardless of the sex. For example my first handmade cosplay was a human version of Amaterasu from Okami who's obviously female c:

:bulletblue:What are your upcoming conventions?
Please go check out my cosplay box on my DA page, that should tell you all the information of anything cosplay related including what conventions I should be attending :)

:bulletblue:Do you have a fanfiction account?
I do although I don't really write many fanfictions because I'm writing my own stories, however the content on there is rated mature so anyone under 18 and isn't into yaoi please don't venture over to my FF.net account please.]

:bulletblue:Twitter account?
Nope I don't have one of those and won't bother to create one of these either unless needed later down the line ^^;

If there's any questions you would like to ask me, please don't hesitate to note me :3
